I would like to say I have never had such a good experience buying a vehicle. Lori was extremely good at communicating with me until I had the chance to get there to look at the truck I bought. I’m a bit upset about the financing part it wasn’t until I got home I realize I should’ve paid it in full (oil changes etc. package for t lease), instead of the monthly add on with fees. I got a used HRV 2018 with less than 15,000. The Sales Rep. was Rich Kinney and was excellent with all of my requests. He repaired a alloy wheel for me and was done on delivery.
