Excellent The service advisor was excellent! He laid out for me the problem that I had with my air conditioner. He told me it would take 2 hours. However there The service advisor was excellent! He laid out for me the problem that I had with my air conditioner. He told me it would take 2 hours. However there was a part that was broken the service advisor told me that he had to order the part and it would not be in until tomorrow. He arranged for me to get a rental car. And he also told me that the part would be in by noon. The next day the advisor called me at approximately 10 a.m. And told me the car would be ready by 11. I was very pleased. I would recommend Matt Burnie Honda to any Honda owner or other car owner. More

Dave is the best I previously went to another dealer closer to my house and it was a nightmare. I joke that I felt like they kept me hostage. When it came time for me I previously went to another dealer closer to my house and it was a nightmare. I joke that I felt like they kept me hostage. When it came time for me to trade my lease, I was miserable at the thought of having to go back to that dealer. That’s when a co-worker digested Matt Byrne. I am so thankful I took his advice. The difference was like night and day. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. They even allowed my best friend to drive a few vehicles even though she was exactly in the market for a new car right now. It was such an amazing experience and I will make the drive to go there all the time now. More
