My battery died while on vacation in nearby Tafton. The staff at Matt Burne replaced the battery and checked to make sure that was the only problem. My service appointment I have been going here for years. As always, the crew does a through job inspecting my car and letting me know what recommendations they have for me. I have been going here for years. As always, the crew does a through job inspecting my car and letting me know what recommendations they have for me. They always tell me the price up front. There are no surprises when it comes to pay the bill. I purchase all my vehicles here as well. Burne Honda excels in Service and Sales. This review is about service. The waiting area is always clean. Donuts and coffee are always available. They weren't this last visit I would assume to the Covid situation. The dealership is extremely clean and you can tell they have gone that extra mile to keep everything in tip top shape during this covid crisis. The waiting room still had plenty of chairs but distancing was in place. Finally, I always get a detailed explanation at the end of my service before I pay the bill. I love that. Great Job. Keep it up. More
