My wife and I bought a 2011 CRV-SE from Matt Burne Honda yesterday and we were just absolutely blown away with how easy and simple they have this dealership setup. No pressure or any sales tatics. We were in the market for a Toyota but while researching dealerships in the area and seeing all the 5 star reviews we said that we have to go here just to see what everyone is raving about. A Honda was our second choice for a vehicle but Matt Burne Honda made it our first choice and only choice for life now. But they also had quality used Toyotas and other amazing selections. This was my wife’s first experience buying a car from a dealership and over the years the nightmares of dealerships that I dealt with always feel like a hustle. Here they just let you look at what you want to look at and the quality and selection of their inventory made it easy to pick. No games, our salesman Keith was a true professional. Poor listening skills I called to make an appointment--the first one ever with this auto and with this dealership. I said I needed it serviced because it was the first one I called to make an appointment--the first one ever with this auto and with this dealership. I said I needed it serviced because it was the first one, etc. I also indicated a noise I heard. When I arrived, I was greeted and the man mentioned the noise. I left the car and headed for another appointment. When I returned, the car was ready. The man I talked to at this time was NOT wearing a mask when dealing with me not was he wearing one when he was standing around the other workers talking to them. He told me that they couldn't replicate the noise I had heard. When I asked how much the bill was, he said zero. Then I asked about the oil change, filter, tires, etc. I said the oil level was at 40%. He said "Oh no!" "Wait til it gets to 15%; you have another thousand miles." Nobody ever asked me what it was reading when I made the appointment. In the end, I came down for nothing. Now I'll have to make another appointment in a few weeks to do this all over again!!!!! When this email asks about the "awesome service," I would have to say absolutely not! I was and still am very annoyed! I expected more and got way less! More
