Very helpful and accommodating I needed an oil change before Christmas travel, and unfortunately the service center was booking at the earliest after the new year. However, they managed to find a day where they could fit my car in while still dealing with the large volume they were already doing. Further, to help me out, they shuttled me to and from work, so that I could leave the car there awaiting a free minute when it could be fit in. The staff was very helpful and happy to accommodate me. It was a great experience! More

Awesome I contacted the service center because my car battery died. The car is only 2.5 years old, The Service person taking the call was pleasant and said I contacted the service center because my car battery died. The car is only 2.5 years old, The Service person taking the call was pleasant and said to bring it in after Honda Roadside Assistance got it started. They took my car back shortly after arrival and took reviewed everything. Egon was very nice in explaining the service they did to my car and explained it was under warranty. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of service staff. They are all professional and great to deal with. More
