Comments on my visit to Matt Burne Honda. I have had my CR-V serviced here since it was new, 6 years ago. When I come in for service the service rep. says Hi Bob like I am an old friend, not I have had my CR-V serviced here since it was new, 6 years ago. When I come in for service the service rep. says Hi Bob like I am an old friend, not just another customer. I had inquired about a new CR V and had a good experience with Dave. He answered my questions with no high pressure. I did not buy and may not buy for a while, but I know what to expect when I do. I do not know he service rep that waited on me when I came in. I asked him about a problem with my key fab. He fixed it for me right at his desk. I really appreciated that. More

Great people Never had a bad experience. Had issues in the past with my Ridgeline but service has always been friendly and polite and very responsive to my needs. Never had a bad experience. Had issues in the past with my Ridgeline but service has always been friendly and polite and very responsive to my needs. This week was an oil change, service was great, and wasn't pressured into anything else. My other vehicle is a Toyota and every time I took it to Toyota for service there was some type of pressure from their service dept. Although Burne Honda does not have an express oil change, I can promise you I will be back in the future for this periodic maintenance. The wait was not bad and to be honest...I like visiting. LOL!!! Thank you all...again!! More
