Charged for service that wasn't performed I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Part of that service was to inspect the brakes. A little over a week later, I started to hear grinding coming from the rear. I called the service department and the insisted my brakes were fine. Two weeks later my rear brake pads were completely gone and my rotors damaged to the point they needed replacement. More
