Buying a car here has to become # 1 priority Everything went good up to the day the salesmen called to say I got approved, because just 2 hrs later I found out my wife an I had a miss carriage, I Everything went good up to the day the salesmen called to say I got approved, because just 2 hrs later I found out my wife an I had a miss carriage, I had to leave work early an during this time the sales person kept calling me saying what he needed from me, he kept demanding info he needed I had no choice but to tell him what happened, thinking he'd back off some or give me a day or two, he kept texting me wanting information, an it just wasn't a priority, next day I was ofc due to rain, He called me said it was his day off but to meet him down there at dealership, I was originally looking at a older model civic but he got me to upgrade to a 2012 civic with 40,000 miles on it. Or so he said! During the finance process I learned the car had 48,000 miles. That's a year difference an I expected to see what I was told so I was a little irritated, I purchased car that day an left with it. The next day he texted me bout references for bank, so as I gave him references I also applied that when I first met him he told me story bout a guy giving him bad rating, an that in the future it be good idea giving the customer the right millage on the car, he replied how much he did for me an expected nothing but good ratings from me since I didn't even have my papper work the way it should of been an that he came in on his day off just to help me, Haha him coming in on day off actually made me think I over payed for the car an it was a juicy commission he landed. Other then being treated like going threw loosing a unborn child is less important then buying a car an being lied to about millage an told my stuff wasn't in order, it was ok More

Prompt and efficient! My Honda CR-V goes only to Burne Honda for service. The staff is quite accommodating and caring.
