Oil Change Service I scheduled an oil change and when I dropped my car off they scheduled me for a service costing around $200 without my knowledge. If I had not asked I scheduled an oil change and when I dropped my car off they scheduled me for a service costing around $200 without my knowledge. If I had not asked for them to rotate my tires along with the oil change I would have not been told about the extra service. This is a deceptive practice and should not happen in such a reputable dealership. More
