Emergency call When my car suddenly started making a horrible noise, they told me to bring it right in. I was expecting to have to wait a long time since it wasn’t scheduled service. It turned out to be a minor problem and I was out of there in just over an hour with the problems completely resolved. The service manager was extremely nice and in doing a routine check just because I was there, they found my air filters also needed replacing. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around. Service is Great I really like getting my service done at Matt Burne Honda. I feel that it is very individualized, they do not give you a buzzer like some of the bigg I really like getting my service done at Matt Burne Honda. I feel that it is very individualized, they do not give you a buzzer like some of the bigger dealers in the area. When your car is ready they come and get you by name. When the mechanics realized I needed another part, Egon told me they had to order another part, and that when I came down the next time, I could bring my vehicle down at my convenience. When I came back, the technicians actually replaced the entire roof panel to ensure that I would never have an issue with the part, even though I only needed a small portion of the part replaced. I felt that this really was a testament to their service and dedication to their customers. More

Tires spilling to Left Burne Honda quickly found the issues, informed us and we okay’d the replacement of the left strut and bad tire.
