Great service from start to finish! I called in earlier in the week and was directed to speak to Rick. He gave me all the information he could over the phone and we set up an appointment to meet that weekend to look at the Odyssey and Pilot. He helped us with the all the information on both and let us test drive them. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush us into anything. We were trading in my Sienna and he was able to give us a great deal for our trade in and helped us with the extras we ordered. He was very knowledgeable on our Odyssey and made sure we were taken care of when we went over to see Kevin in finance. There was a bit of a wait, and we were fine with it. Kevin was nice, professional, knowledgeable and made sure to throw in some free oil changes for waiting. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of extra stuff. My husband and I said when we need another car we will be going back to Matt Burne and hopefully Rick and Kevin will still be there! More

He was helpful, congenial and knowledgeble when I asked questions. I do not like to be pressured and have walked away from what I have wanted in the past when pushed.
