Product Update/PA State Inspection I made an appt. for my Inspection, but a few weeks later received a letter about a Product Update that needed to be done . I called again to see if I I made an appt. for my Inspection, but a few weeks later received a letter about a Product Update that needed to be done . I called again to see if I could have both done on the same day. Egon graciously helped set that up for me. I was happy because I didn’ t have to go down on two separate days. When I arrived , a nice young man greeted me with a big smile, verified my paperwork and took my keys. The work was done in a timely manner. When the work was done, another nice man explain the work that was done and Brittany checked me out when I paid the bill. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Everyone I have dealt with always cares about the kind of service that you receive to make sure you are satisfied at Burne Honda. That to me , is why I come back time after time to buy a vehicle at this dealership, since 1998! More

Bought a new Pilot. Great service. Yesterday I went down to trade my CRV in for a Pilot. I always deal with Guy Palmer there. Guy made it very easy as always to transition from my old t Yesterday I went down to trade my CRV in for a Pilot. I always deal with Guy Palmer there. Guy made it very easy as always to transition from my old to new car. He showed me how to use the features in the Pilot. He especially took the time to stress new features the CRV did not have such as the normal, snow, mud, sand option. The financial department was great too. My loan was approved instantly and considering how packed the place was I didn’t wait long at all to complete the paperwork. More
