Not Very Helpful My car was low on coolant and was not making heat. I took the car in, they checked it over, said it must've been a fluke and sent me on my way. Last My car was low on coolant and was not making heat. I took the car in, they checked it over, said it must've been a fluke and sent me on my way. Last I knew, coolant did not just disappear out of a closed system for no reason. I didn't catch the name of the service team member that took my initial phone call but he was very short and not too pleasant. I understand they are busy people but a little bit of kindness on the phone never killed anybody, nor does it add to your workload. My next Honda purchase will not be from Burne. More

I had a 9:30 appointment but wasn't finished until 11:15 AM. Very disappointed in the tire quality, by the way. This is my second lease and the second time I will need to replace tires with just 17K miles. More
