i just recently bought a 2006 Honda Civic SI and I took it in to the AC diagnose why it wasn’t as cold as it should. They charge me almost $80 for a diagnosis where they didn’t even check the pressure in t it in to the AC diagnose why it wasn’t as cold as it should. They charge me almost $80 for a diagnosis where they didn’t even check the pressure in the lines… if I were to go to anywhere else like a Valvoline in oil change, they would check my AC pressure for free. Not to mention, the tech was not respectful of my car, revving the engine while he pulled it into the garage, shifting to the gears. And when I got the car back, my emergency break was stretched beyond maxed, and there was oil smudge as all over the car after I just had a detailed…. Incredibly unprofessional and incredibly irritated my time with Matt Bernie Honda. I will recommend nobody to ever go to this dealership, wasted two hours of my time for nothing. More

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. When completed the gentleman who took care of me said the tires didn't need to be rotated, there is over 5,000 since they were done.
