Had an appointment for an oil change and the experience that I received in the service area was horrible! I arrived to my appointment, walked through the door from the bay area and was immediately told th that I received in the service area was horrible! I arrived to my appointment, walked through the door from the bay area and was immediately told that someone would help me shortly. While waiting to be helped I was on my phone, as I stood there waiting I noticed two different men that came in, both men walked up to different people that were working in the service area. When I was finally helped, the guy that said I would be helped got rude and said the reason I had not been helped is because I was on my phone and he didn't want to be rude, funny thing is the guy that was standing at his desk was on his laptop. There was no reason for him to say anything, after all he was not helping me at this point. I spoke to the CS Manager and was told that she would have a conversation with the manager over the service department, she texted me the next day to tell me that the service manager was still out but she could talk to the GM, I told her I would rather call the GM myself. I spoke with the car salesman that my husband had when he bought his car and I also left the GM a voice message. It has been a whole week and I haven't heard from the salesman or the GM. Lesson learned, it's really funny how nice people are when your buying something but if it's not benefiting them you can't get a call back. I work in the customer service industry and I live by Treat people the way you want to be treated. I will definitely remember how I was treated and I will definitely think twice about where I will buy my next Honda. I appreciate the CS Manager for her help but the car salesman and GM, customer care must not be at the top of your priority list. More
Important to know what happens when your new car breaks down under warranty and they need to keep it for a while. My next car will come from a dealership that provides something for me to get around in i down under warranty and they need to keep it for a while. No one wants to be walking to work and begging rides for days or possibly weeks with a new car sitting at dealership waiting for warranty work. More
This place is too incompetent to change a tire in less than a full business day. They strung me along all day saying it was almost finished. I could ve done it myself in less time by watching a YouTube vi than a full business day. They strung me along all day saying it was almost finished. They claimed to have just removed the tire. The service manager apparently found this funny. I did not. I will never return and they couldn't care less. [ More

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle here. We had been to multiple dealership and Al Glover was a standout salesman, he went above and beyond to find the exact car we were looking for an here. We ended up buying a new Pilot and have been very pleased with the purchase. We just stopped in to look! Drove a crv and loved it. We left there drove another vehicle. Went straight to our bank to purcase it. Our sales associate was Dawn Howard.
