*Disclosure* this is reviewing Vacaville location bearing same name. Unprofessional and uncourteous sales rep and sales manager. Completely wasted my 7 month pregnant wife and I's time, driving almost 2 hour same name. Unprofessional and uncourteous sales rep and sales manager. Completely wasted my 7 month pregnant wife and I's time, driving almost 2 hours from San Jose in the rain to see a vehicle I was told by Jonathan the day before was still available. Arrived the next day to meet Jonathan at the Vacaville dealership and he came up all apologetic, talking about how they didn't know where the vehicle was, but they had similar options in another color. Mind you the dealership had been open about 2 hours at this point. I had been in contact with Jonathan the week prior, explained the situation we were having with GM on a repurchase vehicle we had bought in January in anticipation of our newborn, and we were specifically looking for this gray traverse and we need it rather urgently as our newborn is weeks away. I also confirmed with him at 3:00pm on Friday that we'd be coming Saturday morning and he again confirmed vehicle was onsite. He could have had the common courtesy knowing we were coming from far and reached out to explain the situation, if I was going to have a dealership trade for a car, I'm going to do so in San Jose , not drive two hours. Instead Jonathan resorted to snake oil salesman tactics and got me to the dealership anyways knowing darn well the vehicle wasn't on site. I asked to speak to the sales manager, I didn't get his name , but a taller Hispanic gentleman. Was nice and apologetic, but had the gall to tell me "they didn't know where the car was and probably stolen at this point, but we have a similar model in another color onsite if we wanted to take a look", completely inconsiderate. I reached out to a dealership two hours away who pulled the keys on a vehicle and made sure it was available, I arrived they had the vehicle pulled to the front and detailed, we got in and they immediately handed us the keys for a test drive. I came home with the vehicle I wanted and was provided with exceptional service which I was not afforded at Mazzei Chevrolet in Vacaville. More
