Worst experience ever It was the worst experience ever. I felt like I was pushed and pressured into a decision. They said they would fix the seals and get the screws and bo It was the worst experience ever. I felt like I was pushed and pressured into a decision. They said they would fix the seals and get the screws and bolts to hold the pieces in the trunk, still haven't heard back from them. I only received 1 key, no mats, found out the spring was broken in my seat, so I called and they were very rude and after stating I was tired of being jerked around, the floor supervisor got even more rude, asked if I wanted to make the appointment or not when I said yes he hung up on me. Didn't transfer just hung up. I have told everyone that's getting a car not to go there. They said if I gave a good review I could get the first oil change free, well obviously it's not worth a free oil change. A reputable company would have tried to help instead I felt like I was just a quota... Never will I go back to them for anything. They have lost my business and any future business from me or my family. More
