Great Service Department and New Car Experience ***** After moving to Venice several years ago with my Ford SUV, I was fortunate to find Matthews-Currie Ford to service it. Tristian Jablonski always greet After moving to Venice several years ago with my Ford SUV, I was fortunate to find Matthews-Currie Ford to service it. Tristian Jablonski always greeted me with professionalism and a smile. When the work was completed, he explained everything that was done and several times went out of his way to assure that I was satisfied. He’s a great standout of the wonderful staff! But it was now time for a newer SUV. I was introduced to Randy Getchey in sales. Randy, too, was professional and courteous. After selecting the vehicle and a test drive, he worked with Chad the sales manager to get me the best possible deal. I left undecided but with lots of information. After comparisons and a lot of thought, I knew what was presented to me was what I could work with and be satisfied with the vehicle. Randy guided the purchase process and made sure pick up was ready on time. I’m very happy for Randy’s knowledge and no-pressure style. I highly recommend him when you’re ready to buy a new car!! Great Service! The Service Team made the recall repairs in a timely manner and the cost to have a rear wheel bearing replaced was spot-on. The service was provided The Service Team made the recall repairs in a timely manner and the cost to have a rear wheel bearing replaced was spot-on. The service was provided in a timely manner, too. I asked to have the brakes checked and was told there was no need for service. The Service Tech; however, did adjust the brakes at no charge which eliminated the pulsating of the front brakes during a hard-stop. More
