So preocupied I was left standing while he went about other business. Finally he went and looked for my truck and apparently found it sitting behind garage. It hadn't been touched by service. A long story shortened I finally left with the service done at approx 3:45. He apologized and did not charge me for the service. Your whole service area is in chaos with either inadequate organization, inadequate staff or too small for the amount of work you try to do. People buy trucks and cars from dealers that offer good service. I told a person in the parts department if I wanted to buy another Ford product and you were the only dealer I would a buy a Chevrolet. Thank God my hometown Ford dealer is better organized and in 20 years I have not had the problems I had at your house.. More

I bought my second car at Matthews-Currie because of the sales (Chad Westrick) and service department and have not been disappointed. While at my appointment I witnessed the kind and very patient attention being given to another customer. I was most impressed by the manner in which the customer service agent handled that customer. My agent was also good. The Service Manager (Russell Gineo I think) should be congratulated for his good agents are a reflection of his good management. More

Brake Sevice I had an issue with the brakes on my 2017 Ford Edge. The vehicle had under 20,000 miles and the rear rotors had to be replaced. The front rotors were I had an issue with the brakes on my 2017 Ford Edge. The vehicle had under 20,000 miles and the rear rotors had to be replaced. The front rotors were turned instead of being replaced. They had a schuttle service that took me back to my condo and picked me up. It would have been nice if they would have replaced the front rotors as they had to take them off anyway to turn them. More
