I left a detailed written note for the body shop about a rattle in the driver's side back door. The body shop team worked on the driver's side front door. The issue did not get fixed, and I have the same problem. I was disappointing that the repair was not resolved after I left the truck for the day. More

Even though I brought the vehicle in the day before the appointment, when I call in at 3:30 pm to find out about the status of the vehicle - I was told that you hadn't gotten to it yet. Twice? Totally unacceptable. I work for the State of Florida and we have vehicles that have high mileage and need LOTS of service. In my opinion, NOT the right kind of customer to piss off. Apparently, you think otherwise. More
