Service department beware. I brought my F350 2017 600 miles in for service for not starting, It was garage kept. I have several voicemails from the service department to back this experience. I was told it had bad fuel and they need to drop the tank and drain it. I gave permission for the service. I did request a fuel sample and I still have it. the 9th day of being there, I received a message that my whole fuel system was totally rusted and yes I have this on voicemail. I returned the call to be told it was going to be a 16,000.00 job. I told them on a Friday that I needed to think about it, she told me I could claim it on my insurance because of the amount of the job. I showed up on Monday to see the totally rusted out fuel system. The truck was sitting there all together, and I could not see the rust. After talking to lady I decided to tow my truck and take it to a different place. The other place took pictures of the whole process for me. This experience is all documented. The other place did exactly what I was told in the beginning, they drop the tank, which contained No Rusted Fuel System, actually the pictures I have shows cobwebs around bolts that were never removed. Yes, the truck is fixed and running perfectly. This over all was a horrible experience because if I did not doubt the repair and just went with what was said, I would spent 16,000.00 dollars for absolutely nothing. Since the repair I have put several thousand miles on the truck before writing this review. I do plain to send this information to others because it was a total Scam. Like I said I have Several Voicemails, Pictures, Fuel Sample and invoice showing the final repair from a honest shop. So if you take your vehicle there for repair, do some homework before you agree.
