Continuing Brake Fade Problem I have had an issue with brake fade (possibly water in the brake lines) issue with my F250 since about a year after I purchased it. Had the brake flui I have had an issue with brake fade (possibly water in the brake lines) issue with my F250 since about a year after I purchased it. Had the brake fluid changed and flushed about 6 months ago because it had gotten so bad. They checked the system this time and did find moisture. I had to come back because they needed someone to look further into the system to see where it was coming from. This time they bleed the system 3 times. Could not find any issues but the brake pedal is much better. I was not charged since they could not find the issue. Below I rate quality of work as average ONLY because they could not find the problem. The brakes are once again working fine. More

Will I drop the truck off with a radio working pick it up with the radio having no anyside FM, had AM. this radio never skip a beat, never gave me a problem. Yes it broke understood but it broke on your watch, not mine it was in your custody in your building or in your yard. I would have thought Ford or Matthews-Currie would have or should have help repair it. All that being said I will go back to have my truck repaired there my truck is a 2005 and Matthews-Currie has alway fixed my truck. Excellant attention to service issues by Amber Rodgers I brought our 2012 Ford Escape in for routine maintenance, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I had a prior conversation with Amber regarding I brought our 2012 Ford Escape in for routine maintenance, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I had a prior conversation with Amber regarding a mess in the engine bay. Approximately 24 snails had made a home in and on the engine area creating a real mess. I asked if it could be power washed. Amber said she would check with the Detail folks. When I came in she reported they could do it for $50.00. I agreed to the service. The results were fantastic. The engine compartment looks brand new. I could not be happier with the result. Thank you Amber for seeing this through and a special thanks to the Detail Section. Tom Andres More
