Excellant attention to service issues by Amber Rodgers I brought our 2012 Ford Escape in for routine maintenance, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I had a prior conversation with Amber regarding I brought our 2012 Ford Escape in for routine maintenance, oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I had a prior conversation with Amber regarding a mess in the engine bay. Approximately 24 snails had made a home in and on the engine area creating a real mess. I asked if it could be power washed. Amber said she would check with the Detail folks. When I came in she reported they could do it for $50.00. I agreed to the service. The results were fantastic. The engine compartment looks brand new. I could not be happier with the result. Thank you Amber for seeing this through and a special thanks to the Detail Section. Tom Andres More

Too expensive for the service I’m just appalled and shocked that fixing a pulp valve was over $300! To charge $110 to diagnose the problem basically robs us of any other option. Then an additional $250 for the part and labor is just robbery. The part should only have cost around $60 so you’re charging over $200 for labor. It definitely does not inspire customer loyalty, especially when we only ever take our Ford car to a Ford dealership for check ups. We will absolutely think twice about taking it here again More
