But Matthew Currie Ford did a thorough inspection of my car, even found and repair a leaking water pump I was not aware of and provided me with a loaner so that I could get to work. I am getting new tires put on next week there and intend to take it them for future oil changes and service. Amber was my service rep and she does her due diligence to get the customer taken care of. Joe, the shop supervisor was also great and gave me an honest no BS assessment. More

Sloppy I went in for an oil change and when I got home there was oil on my garage floor.
