The 2 recall letters arrived while here so I called Matthews-Currie Ford service departme I'm from Toledo, Ohio and am here in Venice for the winter. The service person took my information and told me that they needed to order the parts and he would get back to me. A couple of days later he did call back and he needed me to make an appointment to bring the 2020 Explorer in for the fix. That was a real quick turn around. More
