Problem with SYNC system update Brought my F250 in for a re-call of a heater cord problem and to see if someone could update my SYNC system from the original 2017 software to the cur Brought my F250 in for a re-call of a heater cord problem and to see if someone could update my SYNC system from the original 2017 software to the current version. I was told that the software update was done but when I checked the software version, it was still the original version (2.0 I think, not in the truck right now). I am not one bit upset. I don't think anyone knows how to update the SYNC system. I probably have 25 hours of my time downloading the new version to USB thumb drive and trying to install it in the truck myself, trying to update it from my home WiFi to the WiFi in the truck and about an hour or more time on the phone with a young lady in India that tried her best but it was hard for me to understand her. It really isn't a big deal, I'll live with the version I have. At least it works More

Travis explained to me all details concerning the servicing of my car, such as what I might need at 45k or what I might need after the next servicing.
