They worked hand in hand to make certain every aspect of the sale was simple and quick. Learning that I had two nephews in the business (Ford also in western NY) I became, and was treated like their uncle. Being refereed to as "Uncle Bob" puts a smile on my face and makes me feel so welcome. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. They also made me a GREAT deal on my new Ford Edge. More

Never told us we needed a deposit and that all was fine. When confronting them they were all rude and basically didn’t care. The manager and the salesman did not even care. Bad thing is she was only going to drive this car a couple of years and was going to buy a new Ford Raptor when she turned 18. And yes we pay in cash. Will never step on this lot or any other Ford lot again. Sales staff is not trained properly and it shows. I will also be reporting this to Ford Corporate office also. More
