Above and Beyond Had an oil change- Car was overfilled which caused my car to have issues. Got it back to the dealership and Tristian took great care of me. Too long to diagnose and fix problem I have had my car serviced by you before and was satisfied. But not this time. I brought my car in April 15 and the problem was not diagnosed until Ap I have had my car serviced by you before and was satisfied. But not this time. I brought my car in April 15 and the problem was not diagnosed until April 19 or 20. It was not fixed and ready to go until late in the day April 24 and I picked it up April 25. Seems like a long time to diagnose and fix. I needed a rental car and was told it would not be paid for unless it was a drive train problem. Turns out it was a transmission problem that was covered by my warranty and was told you would only pay for 4 days of rental car. When I returned the rental car to Enterprise they told me they would check to see why the rental car was not paid for the entire time. Enterprise called me and said they got you tp pay for the entire 10 days of rental time. More

Honesty I had a check engine alert on my Ford Escape. Diagnostics were done. They found that the air cap on the air filter was not secured from my last servic I had a check engine alert on my Ford Escape. Diagnostics were done.
