I was quite unhappy and I received a call today from Service Manager Russell who was very helpful in getting the situation remedied. It was a matter of one of the service agents not using the correct billing code and resulted in about a $25 mistake. Russell Gieno explained what had occurred and immediately corrected the situation, and issued a coupon for the next oil change at no charge. We called ahead to ensure the vehicles were available and upon arrival both had been parked out front for our convenience. The establishment was very busy however we were met immediately by John who had keys in hand for inspection test drive while he finished with other clients. The operation ran very smooth and the system they have set up is spot on in my opinion. This was our first time visiting this dealership but it won't be our last.
