Aggravating and frustrating to deal with First off they wanna get top dollar for their product, but low ball you on your trade in. My sale person was not helpful at all, we felt like we were First off they wanna get top dollar for their product, but low ball you on your trade in. My sale person was not helpful at all, we felt like we were more of a burden on him than a customer looking to buy a 60K truck. They were not helpful, we came in and I had a budget in mind. However I needed more down to get the truck than I wanted to give at first, but decided we wanted the truck and was going to pay it. I was approved and have everything set up with my bank, but thats not good enough for them. They push down your throat on getting your credit run by them. So we said ok, although we didn't really want to, they run the credit and say we can't beat your banks APR. Their solution after that was to just use THEIR bank and then refinance with our bank before our first payment. Ohhh my head hurt right now. They make no sense. Over all just a really frustrating ordeal. We have bought many cars in our life time, this was the worst overall experience we have yet. I will say the two people that were helping at the front desk were really pleasant. They were really nice and very friendly with my daughter...thank you two. More
