Army Veteran/Left with no vehicle So I thought I would start by saying (not that it matters) that I am a currently serving Veteran. I and my wife are full time college student. It goes without being said that our credit is not the best right now. Not only were the employees unprofessional but, over the matter of two days, I sat in the building as they haggled over numbers. Not only was I bringing money to the table, but I told the sales rep that I was flexible, I already know our credit scores and I am a current Ford customer, financing a vehicle. I had $8,000 cash in my back pocket the whole time, but when it does not feel right I guess it is not meant to be. They were more worried about our credit scores. My monthly income plus my wife's is over $6,000 and we pay a mortgage and finance one vehicle so far. I'm pretty sure we can handle a $300 payment. But no. We brought our children with us (not the easiest) and the sales rep and others made us wait there just to keep telling us different stories and numbers. I was told I could come look at another vehicle today and I get there and supposedly "the mechanic had it". After I took my time and drove 30 minutes there. I'm not going to name any names because that's not like me but when your trying to sell someone something or at least being in sales in general, you have to make someone feel like your going all the way for them. They told me one number (close to my comfort zone) then came back with a higher number. Instead of wasting someone's time just lay out the facts. I would rather you had been honest then waste my time. I will not recommend that any friends or family come and see you. Thank you for your business. More

This being my first car on my own, going to a dealership I was scared of being pushed into something, not once did he try to pressure me into anything alls he wanted to do is make sure I was happy and satisfied! No customer service training they struggle to take pride. Leaving after service with skid plate dragging the ground . Recently got stuck with salesman named Karl to try and get some information about mileage on 2005 F150 for Spark Plug Class Action Settlement, who doesn't even have basic communication skills. This dealership has turned a long time FORD family into a family with no brand loyalty at all. I hear from the local ranchers that Brandon Ford really takes care even after the sale with top notch service. More

shady salesman!! false info given!! i had spoke to jerry in sales 2 days prior to my drive there(1 hour 45minutes) only to find out when i get there that the truck i inquired about days i had spoke to jerry in sales 2 days prior to my drive there(1 hour 45minutes) only to find out when i get there that the truck i inquired about days before was coincidentally in the shop for a new transmission at which time i was told the vehicle was in a wreck. wasnt told about this in prior discussion in which i told the salesman im almost 2 hours from there and wanted verify all known issues, were reluctant to show me said truck but instead wanted pressure me into a brand new vehicle for which i said multiple times i didnt want new was told by jerry that he and the dealership was going to do whatever it takes to fix the error and get me into something i wanted, or discount the wrecked vehicle for which neither happened..and so was told sorry, so in essence i drove for 2 hrs. for nothing.. shady sales, incomplete info. when requested.. buyer beware!! More
