Service Department is fantastic. Maryann is my customer rep and does an outstanding job. She is trustworthy, effecient and treats the public with respect. Brandon, Shop Foreman, cannot be beat in any wa rep and does an outstanding job. She is trustworthy, effecient and treats the public with respect. Brandon, Shop Foreman, cannot be beat in any way. I always request Brandon as his work is neat, clean and precise. He listens to the customer and has patience with even the most minute detail. Body shop is the best in the state of Florida. Al Bryant and his group go out of their way to please the customer and the vehicle looks like it came out of the factory. He goes out of his way to be sure you get quality work. I have no comment of the sales department. More

I have been coming to M/C Ford for 11 years now. Marianne has been my Service Angel the entire time. Under Marianne's expert guidance, we were able to keep my 1994 Ford Taurus Station Wagon roadworthy for 120,000 miles and 12 years !!!!. Marianne continues to be professional,warm and thorough in her explanations, after all, I am a woman, and there is just alot that I don't seem to understand about cars. Marianne reals care that I understand and when I leave the dealership, I know that I will be safe in my vehicle. When, I call for an appointment, Marianne always sees that I am accommodated in a timely fashion. I really feel like I am an important member of the Matthew Currie Ford family, all because of Marianne. Having a personal relationship with the Dealership is important to me. When it came time to say good-bye to my beloved Ford Taurus, Marianne made sure that the Sales Staff was there is provide me with the same personalized attention. I was able to purchase my Red Freestyle, with the coveted Taurus Drive train on the day after Christmas and got a great deal. My Red Freestyle gets the same loving attention as my previous Taurus Station Wagon. I will be a Matthews Currie customer and especially a Marianne fan forever. !!!!! More

Called for an appointment today (Thursday)was scheudled for 1PM. Two cars were ahead of me but they got my car in for service in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. Afterwords I got in my car and....... for 1PM. Two cars were ahead of me but they got my car in for service in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. Their website showed a car I liked. Randy and I emailed each other and I was led to believe that the price on the website was negotiable. I drove 90 minutes round trip. He would not take a penny off of t each other and I was led to believe that the price on the website was negotiable. I drove 90 minutes round trip. He would not take a penny off of the price shown on the website. He then added a $600 dealer fee. This bogus fee is for administrative costs I was deceived into believing that if I went there, we could negotiate the price. When I got there, I found out that the price was not negotiable. This was a very bad experience for me. This is what gives car salesmen a bad name. NEVER buy a car from them. Stay away from these people. I am telling EVERYBODY I meet about this car dealership . I did & he involved Ben Perri who most graciously offered to resolve the problem for me without any problem!! One of their vendors, Brad Shugart ( The Wheel Dr) did an outstanding job refinishing all 4 of my wheels at Matthews Currie expense! I first bought a preowned Caddy there in the 70's & have dealt with the dealership a number of times over the years with great satisfaction! Numerous friends & acquaintances I've referred there have all had a very positive experience there as well. More
I've been coming to Matthews-Currie Ford since owning my 2004 Ford Expedition. I am a busy Mom with little time to spare. With two sons involved in sports and other activities and attending schools 30 miles apart, my unofficial job is "taxi-cab driver!" My vehicle has 186,000 miles on it. I appreciate the consistency in the service department. Brenda Nemer has always been my service representative. She knows me and my vehicle when I call her about a service question. She makes it a priority to get me in and out of the dealership quickly. On those few occasions when my vehicle was needed for an extended period of time, Brenda provided me with a ride home or a rental vehicle if my vehicle was not available to me overnight. I appreciate that she recommends services when I need them and knows that cost of servicing is a concern. I truly value her knowledge, expertise and opinion. I think she is honest with me and understands that all of us are concerned with receiving value for our money. I would highly recommend the service department of Matthews-Currie Ford because of the quality of its service personnel, like Brenda Nemer. More
We bought a new Ford Fiesta from Matthews-Currie Ford in Nokomis. The experience was unique for a Ford Dealership and very positive. Chad Westrick helped us during the process and made a huge difference by Nokomis. The experience was unique for a Ford Dealership and very positive. We handled most of the transaction thru emails, texts and phone calls and ultimately drove away with a no-suprise deal that was good for everyone. Upon picking-up my truck. I forgot my wallet in the transfer vehicle. On the way home, I ran out of fuel on I-75. I called Brenda, because I thought there was a problem with the service. And, I was WRO transfer vehicle. On the way home, I ran out of fuel on I-75. I called Brenda, because I thought there was a problem with the service. And, I was WRONG. The truck needed fuel. Brenda sent a service-tech w/fuel just to make sure it wasn't the service. She saved my day & a couple of hundred bucks in towing. Brenda is AWESOME! Frank More
