My husband and our two girls went to Matthews Currie Ford to look for a vehicle to purchase. We were greeted by a very friendly, knowledgable salesman. They were also having a customer appreciation cookout to look for a vehicle to purchase. We were greeted by a very friendly, knowledgable salesman. They were also having a customer appreciation cookout with delicious cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chips and ice cold water. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Chad Westrick, was very helpful with suggestions for our family. He didn't pressure us and was around just enough to answer our questions, yet gave us the space to browse the selections. We made our decision the same day. Mr. Keith Grening was the Business Manager who was also friendly and made the signing of paperwork so smooth with his experience and knowledge. Danny was the Finance Manager, he went out of his way to compare and find us the best rate and price that he could work for us. When shopping for a new vehicle, our decision was between the Toyota Tundra and the Ford F150. The actual decision was due the expertise of your salesman, Ken McMahon. Ken took the time to inquire what I was looking for in a truck, instead of trying to sell me something I did not need or want. I explained we were looking to pull a 26’ travel trailer. After asking a few more detailed questions and zeroing in on my needs, Ken then directed me to the F150 Super Crew XLT. Ken was extremely knowledgeable about the towing abilities of the truck. Ken’s total product knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. After speaking with him and driving the truck I went back to the Toyota dealership and their salesman did not know his product as well as Ken. Their sales attitude is high pressure with little product knowledge and he did not listen to what I was wanting in a vehicle, just what they were trying to sell. Our decision was very simple: to go with product knowledge and great sales ability and in the end a vehicle we are extremely pleased with. I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 5 minute earily. I was told it would take an hour to complete the oil change service. After one hour and fifteen minutes, I asked how the progress on minute earily. I was told it would take an hour to complete the oil change service. After one hour and fifteen minutes, I asked how the progress on my oil change was coming along. I was informed that they had not started servicing my car. They did not inform me that there would be any delays. They did not offer to drive me home or give me a car for the day until they got to my car serviced. This was my first visit to this dealer and most likely my last. They offered me a free oil change if I would come back another day. Come back? I think they were joking. I feel this was very little compensation for the poorest service I have ever had at any service company. More
I inquired about a ford fusion hybrid (2013) on line. A lady called me and we set up an appointment to test drive a 2013 fusion hybrid. It was set for 1pm december 29. Upon arriving at the dealership I asked for Mark (I was not given his last name) The receptionist said she will find him. About 5 minutes later he comes out carryiing a plate of food and said he is busy with 2 other customers and will find someone else to help me.. Another 10 minutes and he comes back and says what am I interested in. I told him I had an appointment to test drive a 2013 fusion hybrid (which on line shows you had at least one in stock) He said we don't have any. I was disappointed and he turned around and left me standing there. end of story. The more I thought about the madder I became. Very sorry salesmanship!! Took my Fusion there to have the interior detailed. Mary Ann(?) in service was very nice. As we walked around the vehicle she asked if I was doing the interior only? My car was the target of the Florida Air Ann(?) in service was very nice. As we walked around the vehicle she asked if I was doing the interior only? My car was the target of the Florida Air Force (birds) the day before. Since I was planning on driving to the car wash after the interior was done at Matthews Currie I said yes just the interior. When I picked up my car it was like new! They even washed the exterior and cleaned the wheels. Been to other area Ford dealers with less than average service. Will be returning there for my service work. Kudos! More

The 2013 Escape is the fifth Ford I have purchased and the first from Matthews Currie, All the folks ,especially Kenny Rogers went out of their way to locate the exact model with the packages that I wante the first from Matthews Currie, All the folks ,especially Kenny Rogers went out of their way to locate the exact model with the packages that I wanted. There was now high pressure from day 1. They located what I wanted,secured the vehicle,,offered for me to take it over the weekend to make sure it was exactly the car for my wife who will be the principle driver.Took delivery 2 days ago and am very happy with the purchase.
