Purchasing was quick and easy. Derick our salesman was good to work with. I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn't get Derrick to put 3 new tires on the truck. Not what I wanted to hear. I never haggled the price on the truck. When I got home the day of my purchase, I noticed three issues with the truck. 2 window chips on the windshield. The hood being severely dented and a check engine light on. He never mentioned anything about these issues. My fault. I should have checked closer. I didn't feel I had to look that close because he said it had been a blue certified vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have purchased there. Returning business and good word of mouth go a long way. More

Purchased a used vehicle from them last month...Greg was a great salesman until he was not! I was promised the seals on the sunroof would be repaired as a stipulation of the purchase...Greg honored this and a great salesman until he was not! I left and went to a business a few blocks away. When I walked around the vehicle I immediately saw 3 big scratches on the rear bumper...I just blew it off, figured it would happen first time I put a bike in the back or something... not good, but not huge... The following morning, I washed it as I've done daily since purchase...While drying it I noticed what I believed to be a few large and deep scratches and I quickly called Greg and informed him...and Bam...Greg the awesome salesman became an instant xxxxxxxxx.... Arguing with me, denying responsibility and literally inferring I was lying..."we have crashed that can tell your eye color at night"!! He finally said he would ask around and call me back... The next day no call back so I called him.. He said " I talked to everyone and it did not happen here"! "Turn it in to your insurance company, that's why you have insurance!" He said he could check 1 more thing and would call back... Again I had to call him...Voice-mail, ne callback! I called dealership and spoke to Alonso who identified as sales manager...He asked me when I could stop by so he could see it...I came by the following day. Within 5 Minutes he had the vehicle back at the detailer and found the "deep scratches" were adhesive from the sunroof repair and came off with solvent...also the 3 scratches on the rear he had buffed out quickly...back to perfect in 10 minutes...Thanks Alonso and Greg you're a garbage salesman who could have just heard the customer complaint as Alonso did instead of showing what a idiot conman you really are! Greg you suck ! More
