They are so professional and proficient! Anything I need I can call they take care of me right away. All the staff was very nice and professional. Assistant Service Mgr. , Todd Scharping, has been very trustworthy and helpful for the 14 years I 've owned my Hyundai. Especially during the past year plus while all of , Todd Scharping, has been very trustworthy and helpful for the 14 years I 've owned my Hyundai. Especially during the past year plus while all of the renovation was going on at the Ridge Rd. dealership. However, the "new" customer waiting room is impossible with people constantly coming/going through the left open side from 6 different areas (Service Dept., Repair shop, Men's room, Ladies' Room, Employee Rest area, and the Sales floor.) The worst designed area I have ever seen!! More
