My front grill needed to be replaced due to chipping. Eric and Matthews rep looked at the issue ordered the parts. When received appointment with in a week. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai, Tucson. He went through every detail of the car bumper to bumper. Explaining in detail on how to operate all the options. Which was a lot. I was promised a new door handle and keys ,but they did not unlock my doors. Also promised that they would make the key unlock ignition butdid not deliver.
