I took my vehicle in as my horn quit working. They replaced the horn, did an oil change that was due and took care of 2 recalls as well. My wife and I visited this dealership to look at a 2026 Palisade; Bob Zobel showed us around the vehicle and offered a test drive. Bob was and is low key, sincere, courteous and helpful. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Matthews Hyundai of Greece. I brought my vehicle in multiple times after it stopped unexpectedly, including once on the expressway in dangerous winte Matthews Hyundai of Greece. I brought my vehicle in multiple times after it stopped unexpectedly, including once on the expressway in dangerous winter conditions. Instead of feeling supported, I was repeatedly told the issue could not be replicated and was left dealing with constant stress, conflicting information, and poor communication. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get answers while also dealing with injuries related to the situation. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and to feel safe in the vehicle they are paying for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. More
