Uneducated mechanics Service representative Rhonda is fabulous. Unfortunately, she had the job of telling me that their service guys screwed up my car. I brought my car t Service representative Rhonda is fabulous. Unfortunately, she had the job of telling me that their service guys screwed up my car. I brought my car there several times telling them there was a noise coming from the passage rear wheel. Every time I was told that there was nothing wrong (because all they did was drive the car after me telling them it didn't happen all the time). Now I'm told that the ER brake was frozen and tore up the back brakes. I asked if that was the noise I was hearing (ER brake frozen) to be told yes. Now I'm looking at a $500 Bill be cause someone didn't do their job. Not because I wasn't taking care of my car. Did they offer to fix my car free of charge. NO..... I get to pay for their mistake.... More
