Matthews Hyundai of Schenectady

Our circumstances forced us to bring our car to Matthews by tow truck. On our way back home to Maryland our transmission started leaking fluid. Couldn't drive our Tuscan. Although we arrived at the dealership around 1:45 pm, Monalisa, the service coordinator, worked her magic to get us in. Stan had our car fixed in about 2 1/2 hours. Honest evaluation of the problem and NO PENCIL WHIP. Even the showroom dealer (Joshua) was kind and extremely helpful. We were treated with respect and concern for our dilemma. Was the first time I bought my vechicle in for service at Matthew’s. Howard greeted me as soon as I walked into the service area and he was great. This dealership is the worst for service. They never return your phone calls even after returning to the dealership again .
