Horrible experience. Car was listed $4,000 higher on the lot than on website. Took multiple hours to complete the inspection, didn't get detailed day of purchase. Had to come back for detailing. Detailing took another 3 hours, and was incomplete (A rubber adhesive pad left over from the previous owner was never removed and was in a position on the windshield which was illegal under NY state law). Jack in the back of the car was without a handle, rendering it useless. Overall experience was awful. Do not under any circumstances patronize this dealership. More

I was told the service would only take an hour. I sat out side on a bench next to the car for 50 minutes and the car didn't move people that came in after me was done before me.
