My experience at fuccillo, from the Salesman I initially spoke to and met with, to the business manager and financial department, was that I felt like more of a human being than just a commission like I had spoke to and met with, to the business manager and financial department, was that I felt like more of a human being than just a commission like I had previously at Honda 5 years before. Richard the salesman knew exactly what I was looking for before I did, suggesting the car I eventually went with, and put a lot of effort in taking care of my old trade and working in the background with the rest of the moving parts to ensure I would be driving off the lot with it the next day. After the keys to my new Hyundai Kona was given to me, I told myself, then the salesman, I won’t be going anywhere else for any car purchase but fuccillo Hyundai. My stress level went from a 10 to a 2 instantly afterwards, and I do have everyone there to thank for taking care of It all, but at the same time not treating me like a paycheck. More

I love my 2013 Tucson, "Sam," and marvel at what a great car he is, far superior so far to two Hondas, a VW, and Fords, and Chevrolets I have owned in the past. Sam is solid, sturdy, holds the road, doesn't ask for a lot of attention, but keeps performing dependably. Hyundai's do no get the credit they deserve. I would compare Phil to the Hyundai--rock solid, dependable, patient, and I hope he gets the credit he deserves as he is a very easy person to deal with, especially when the customer is nervous about repair costs. One word to HYUNDAI: The Tucson is starting to look like a box. Please don't lose your unique design that every other care manufacturer copies. More
