The salesman Derek was great. However, we sat down to make an offer on the car we wanted but another salesman sold it while we were at the table, walked by took the keys and laughed about it, and sold it make an offer on the car we wanted but another salesman sold it while we were at the table, walked by took the keys and laughed about it, and sold it to another family without any communication whatsoever, which was rude and unethical of that salesman. At one pointLuckily another car was found just like the other, which is what we wanted. However, the process was so long. We were there for 7 hours. The finance woman was very slow with getting things signed and all that. She was always out smoking and just made the process slower. The service manager did not do much to accommodate us for the incident of the other car being sold. This was my first car that I was financing, so it was my first experience. Derek did everything he could to accommodate me, and he was great, this review is not a reflection on him at all. More
