That took a while but after a week and a half of paying for a rental out of pocket, Bob called and got us a loaner. Thank you so much Bob, you are a life saver. I received numerous phone calls with updates on my car, Thank you for that. It's really frustrating when they tell you one thing and it doesn't happen and they never call you. Not so with Bob! Thank you for the best service ever!! More
