My wife bought hers there last summer, and she loves her car and she loved the sales experience, so much so that she baked cupcakes for our sales guy, Derek. I bought my car a couple weeks ago, and I've been loving my ride. I wasn't even in the market for a car, but you know that "one ride" you just keep seeing on the lot; well Derek was able to help me get a deal that I just couldn't walk away from. In no way were they pushy or in your face about a sale; having worked with Derek before, I knew he was patient, so I initially told him I just wasn't comfortable with an unplanned purchase. Derek was also great with emails and text messages, knowing that I have a pretty busy schedule. Again, not pushy, but very available to answer my questions, get me more info, etc. so that when I walked back into the dealership to buy, it was a very comfortable and smooth experience. I got the car I've always wanted, at a price I was confident about. This time, Derek got homemade cookies. If I buy another car from Fuccillo, someone's going to have to put that guy on a diet. More

Learning experience My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday evening and I just really just wanted to look but we eventually put a deposit down on a vehicle. We i took it My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday evening and I just really just wanted to look but we eventually put a deposit down on a vehicle. We i took it for a test drive it was dark out but the car ran great. Originally it had black tinted windows. As my boyfriend and I we discussing it in the car the sales guy Derek kinda helped me make my decision. When we picked up the vehicle it was around 7pm but we didn’t leave until around 8pm the following Tuesday. The vehicle no longer had the tints and i questioned why? Derek said they were too dark. My only problem with that is that is something that should’ve been disclosed at time of purchase and not until all the paperwork was done and then surprise. We drove it home and as I get out of the car I noticed some scratches on the from bumper. My boyfriend texted Derek right away and sent him the pics of it. He said it would be handled. 2 days later I go in to finalize everything and also showed them the rear tail light was broken. They tried to tell me it wasn’t like that when I left but i pulled up the pictures on the website where u can clearly see it tail light was broken. So that is supposedly gonna get fixed at some point. But as far as the bumper i was told they will not replace or repair it. So now i have to figure out how to fix something that was there but i didn’t notice until we got home. All and all the experience was very frustrating but the finance guy was awesome. More

The app is glitchy as xxxx, so this is not surprising. Could also be user error, of course. But at any rate, Fuccillo Service Dept was fantastic, prompt, and courteous. Great experience all around. Not having to hoof it to the dealership while I work 60 hour weeks is an amazing perk. Thank you! More

It was the best outcome possible I noticed the "malfunction indicator" light on my dashboard and called Fuccillo Hyundai. I was offered a same day appointment which surprised (and de I noticed the "malfunction indicator" light on my dashboard and called Fuccillo Hyundai. I was offered a same day appointment which surprised (and delighted) me. I brought a book and prepared for a long wait. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was told what caused the indicator light to come on, a pricing estimate and how long it would take (barring any surprises). Fortunately, it was a minor issue and I was on my way within an hour. I was very pleased with the outcome. More
