Great service at Fuccillo Hyundai I came in to get my driver side headlight fixed because it seemed to be stuck in high beam mode. Good deal but agonizing process I used TrueCar for the deal which they honored. So price haggling was not an issue. However the process from start to finish took over four hours. First the car I wanted was at a remote lot which took about 45 minutes to retrieve. The test drive also included a stop to fill up the car with gas. We were satisfied with the test drive and were willing to purchase on return. However the salesman had another deal going so we waited about 15 minutes before he returned to us. Then we filled out the initial paperwork. During this time he called our insurance company on his cell phone to add the car to our policy. The representative wanted to talk to me to get the information. I had great difficulty in understanding the representative because the cell phone audio was poor, we were out on the sales floor with a lot of background noise and background music. It was very frustrating and took a long time because I had to keep on asking the representative to repeat what they said. Then we waited for the paperwork to be processed which was about a half hour. Then we went to sign the contact for the sale and financing with the sales manager. He had problems with his computer which delayed us because he had to go use a different computer. He too also had another sale he was working on so the time with the sales manager took about an hour. In my opinion they did not appear to be very organized and well below what my expectations would be for a new car sale. More
