ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC I went into the dealership at about noon, within two steps of walking in the door I was greeted by Richard, and walked out of the dealership at 8:30 t I went into the dealership at about noon, within two steps of walking in the door I was greeted by Richard, and walked out of the dealership at 8:30 that night with a car. Richard was polite and did everything from help me get my previously wrecked car towed to the lot while AAA Schenectady was down, to showing me every control that my new car had to offer.
