It clearly pulled up that my vehicle was a hybrid. I went in for my appointment which is about an hour drive from my house. When the employee (I did not catch his name) came and told me they would be unable to work on my car due to overlooking the fact my car was a hubrid and not having the parts in stock. I had made my appointment the week prior with Matthew pollard and took time off of work to drive the hour to get my car fixed just to be told they couldn’t because they didn’t notice it was a hybrid. I was told I’d have to wait for the parts and wait for them to call me to come back in which I will have to take time off once again to do so. Not happy at all. More

Poor communication Let me start by saying I did purchase a car and I really like my car, however, it was a very frustrating process that continued a few days after I dro Let me start by saying I did purchase a car and I really like my car, however, it was a very frustrating process that continued a few days after I drove off the lot! First the price that was given to me by my salesperson and one fo the finance guys was questioned the next day and miscalculated when I returned the next day to take it for another drive. The individuals that gave me a price on Monday were not there on Tuesday. On Tuesday I felt pressured to complete all of the paper work so I could take the car home that day, I did not want to do that, I had planned to come back Saturday to pick it up. It was frustrating enough that I had to express that if someone else tried to talk me Into taking the car on Tuesday I would be walking out and not returning. I at that time was not desperate for a car- I had one and the lease wasn’t up for a couple more months. Saturday I returned to complete the papers- that part went pretty smooth, except I couldn’t get my deposit back because there were not two managers working at that time. I was assured it would be mailed Monday. Monday I received calls that I didn’t sign a form, and was asked when I could return to Schenectady to sign it. I explained that I didn’t have the time that week (the week of Thanksgiving) and I was told that someone could bring it to me, they would get back to me with a time. Tuesday a repeat call, I was told that the refund was not sent and that they would check for the papers again. I received a text that I needed to sign the papers. Wednesday evening I found that I had the electronic version of the form signed that they insisted I did not sign, I called shared the scenario about the DMV form and questioned the refund not being sent out. I was told that I should have received the refund on Saturday and that I had been misinformed. I was asked to leave the Manager, Angel a message. I did leave a message knowing that the next day was thanksgiving and I would probably not hear back until some point over the weekend. Fortunately I received my refund in the mail but I have not yet heard from the manager, perhaps Confirmation that the refund had been sent and that they found the missing DMV form. When the time comes for a new car, which we will be purchasing another car soon, I will rethink going to Fucillo at this point in time. More
