Good place to go..... I went to another dealer for my last 2 Hyundai cars. I was not given the best of service, specifically w/the loan dept., w/my both cars. When it came time for me to sign the papers for the loan, I was NOT given what I wanted NOR was I told ahead about it! I only found out what I did when I went to sign the paperwork! With YOUR place, EVERYTHING was Explained. They showed me the info I wanted! I wanted No more then a 5 yr. loan. I wanted a lower interest rate. I researched interest rates prior to going in. I got EXACTLY what I asked for! NOTHING LESS!!!! EXACTLY! I was treated w/respect and kindness. NO ONE blew me over as what happened at the last place I went to...… I walked out of there w/a car I WANTED! That's WANTED! I did NOT NEED a NEW CAR! I WANTED one! When it came time for me to go, the salesman showed me the stuff on the dashboard and how to use the different features. This did not happen w/me at the last dealer... All went well and smoothly for me this time! I would go back to you as well. As I would recommend someone to your place! More

Excellent service I arrived an hour before appointment scheduled. Service took me immediately and installed air bags within 1/2 hour. Normally Don't Like Going to a Dealership for Service...but I have always been of the thinking that I shouldn't go to the dealership for service because they cost a lot more and they may sign you up for things I have always been of the thinking that I shouldn't go to the dealership for service because they cost a lot more and they may sign you up for things that you really don't need. However, I was reminded about what a great organization Fucillo Hyundai is during this visit. They do a great job of creating the Hyundai Experience and making me feel like a valuable member of this community. They really catered to me, did exactly what I asked, not more, and also helped me with setting up some ancillary hyundai services at no cost that really improved my experience. I will be going back for my service needs. More
