Effortless and Professional You would think that purchasing a vehicle from out of town would be an enormous inconvenience, especially when one lives 90 miles from the dealership. You would think that purchasing a vehicle from out of town would be an enormous inconvenience, especially when one lives 90 miles from the dealership. That was not the case at all, when we purchased our Lincoln MKX from Fuccillo. They were generous enough to let us take the vehicle home for an entire weekend, so we could make an informed decision, before we bought it. Upon our return, and after we decided to purchase the vehicle, Luis and the Finance Manager were professional, efficient and thorough with the delivery process, not to mention-quite friendly. The entire process was effortless and pleasant. I will definitely take the time to drive 90 minutes to this dealership, when we’re reafy to buy our next Lincoln! More

They answered any questions and explained what exactly needed to be done for this service. It didn't take long for the service to be completed. They also fixed a minor issue I was having from a previous issue. Had dealt with Nick in the past and am happy to have him as my service advisor. Hoping to continue that way as long as he is there. Waiting area is in a much better place. Only issue I have is hearing tv and music at the same time. Possibly turning down the music would help. More
