My father has been in the car business for 35+ years, so I called him and he told me to go to another dealer and see what they could do. I went to Fuccillo and did not leave until I was in a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata. I had a leased 2016 Hyundai Sonata and I was almost at the mileage limit for the lease, a year and a half early. I explained my situation to Derek Wright and he did everything possible to get me out of the predicament while not breaking my bank AND putting me in the same car, but new, as I made it apparent that I did not want to downgrade to a smaller sedan simply due to personal preference (I REALLY like the Sonata). Ernie in Finance made sure of this and I was approved for a loan within minutes with a payment that was doable. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and the staff at Fuccillo took their time to explain everything to me and put me at ease. Derek and Ernie had me laughing throughout the entire process; Fuccillo employs very down-to-earth people, it seems, which is great! I was comfortable with all that transpired and I love my new Sonata. I have told anyone and everyone to go to Fuccillo Hyundai if they are ever looking for a new car and want excellent service and to feel respected and not taken advantage of. Derek actually just called me to make sure everything has been going well with the car and to see if I had any lingering questions. Thanks again, Fuccillo! More
