Extremely satisfied with all three visits to the dealership! Syeed was extremely informative and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and spoke completely to me and NOT my husband since he knew I was purchasing the Santa Cruz. Originally, I had wanted the SEL Activity with a moonroof but there wasn't one on the lot in the color I wanted to purchase. Although, I thought about leaving and going to another dealership to get it, I felt Syeed was trustworthy and respectful and that is why I chose to purchase my truck at Matthews Auto. Syeed & Dalton took the time and showed me another option the XRT and we worked out a price that was near the SEL Activity price. So rather than the aesthetics of a moonroof, I went more for performance with the turbo. There was NO sales pressure just good solid information and time for me to think through what would best fit my needs. Quite honestly, the XRT truly was a better choice for me! I have purchased man cars and motorcycles through the years BUT this was definitely the BEST experience! Thank you for a wonderful experience & my Santa Cruz! More

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle at Matthews. I was drawn to Matthews because of their large variety in stock. My sales consultant, Raffay Islam, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not pressure me at all, but worked hard to get me what I wanted within my budget. He did a wonderful job and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely highly recommend him to others who are in the market to purchase a vehicle. Jeremiah Hunter in finance did a great job also.
